<p>Role Overview</p>
<p>We are looking for a builder CEO &mdash; someone who can take ownership of execution, drive growth, and scale Fintant from early traction to a high-growth company.</p>
<p>This is not a corporate CEO role.<br>
This is an operator role.</p>

<ul><li>Own and drive overall company execution and growth</li><li>Build and execute go-to-market strategy</li><li>Lead partnerships (VCs, startups, institutions)</li><li>Convert early traction into scalable revenue</li><li>Work closely with founder on product and strategy</li><li>Hire and build the initial team</li><li>Represent Fintant externally (clients, partners, investors)</li><li>Turn ambiguity into structured execution</li></ul></div>
<div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<br>
<ul><li>Strong entrepreneurial background (startup, venture, or operator)</li><li>Proven experience in building, scaling, or leading initiatives</li><li>Ability to execute fast with limited resources</li><li>Strong network in startups, finance, or tech ecosystem</li><li>Commercial mindset (growth, revenue, partnerships)</li><li>High ownership and accountability</li><li>Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity</li></ul></div>
