As a Machine Operator at Finzer Roller, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality rollers.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Pay and Benefits Offered:</b></p><p><br>

Responsibilities include:</div><ul><li>
Set up and run manual and CNC engine lathes.</li><li>
Use precision measuring tools including calipers and analog micrometers.</li><li>
Read and understand work instructions and drawings.</li><li>
Use hoists and cranes for material handling.</li><li>
Maintain communication with production team.</li><li>
Focus on safe practices and quality output.</li></ul><div>
Qualifications</div><ul><li>
2+ years machine operation experience required.</li><li>
Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.</li><li>
Ability to work independently or with a team.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>
