Operations Manager

 About the Role:
 
 &nbsp;We are looking for an experienced and proactive Growth &amp; Commercial Lead to oversee the end-to-end growth and marketing strategies of our company's new digital ventures. This role will be responsible for performance-driven user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue-focused marketing operations. You will coordinate internal and external resources, manage agencies, and align growth initiatives with product and commercial goals.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage external agencies (performance, content, social media) and internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive brand awareness via communication campaigns and influencer collaborations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the product and tech teams to improve acquisition funnels and conversion rates
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, user cohorts, and funnel metrics to inform decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and manage commercial partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to executive leadership
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in marketplace, mobile app, or SaaS growth/marketing roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in managing digital media and marketing agency relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of growth marketing KPIs and tools (GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
 </li>
