<div>The Firebrand Hotel Spa, centrally located in downtown Whitefish, is seeking a PT Esthetician to work with our Spa Team.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for Evaluating a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments. Recommending skin care products to customers, including moisturizers, enzymes, serums and facial washes. Providing facials and administering other cosmetic treatments. Waxing or plucking unwanted hair, Airbrush tanning, Make-up applications, and multiple add on treatments to enhance the customer's service.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul>
<li>Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.</li>
<li>Conduct consultations for clients with problem areas, advising how best to care for their skin</li>
<li>Providing waxing, facials, and makeup applications
</li><li>Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products or add ons</li>
<li>Help train new staff
</li><li>Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.</li>
<li>Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.</li>
<li>Advising clients on skincare and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.</li>
<li>Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.</li>
<li>Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.</li>
<li>Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment.</li>
<li>Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.</li>
<li>Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior</li></ul>
