<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Set up, launch, and manage direct and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>
Ensure campaigns are implemented on time, delivered in full, and meet client KPIs.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and optimize delivery under guidance from senior team members.</li><li>
Conduct QA for ad trafficking, delivery, and reporting to ensure accuracy.</li><li>
Update programmatic inventory on SSPs and integrate third-party inventory sources into internal systems.</li><li>
Support onboarding of SSPs/DSPs by performing operational tasks required for integration.</li><li>
Document ad ops processes and maintain operational playbooks for campaign setup, approvals, and reporting.</li><li>
Transition manual campaign workflows into automated solutions wherever possible.</li><li>
Communicate ongoing campaign statuses and issues to account management and internal teams.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings to support operational efficiency and process improvements.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
REQUIREMENTS</b></h3><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in advertising operations, including hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns (direct and programmatic).</li><li>
Understanding of ad technologies, including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs.</li><li>
HTML, JavaScript, data structures, and understanding HTTP requests are nice to have.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex campaign delivery issues and escalations.</li><li>
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.</li><li>
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on precision and efficiency.</li><li>
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.</li><li>
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (EST) and adapt to varying schedules to support global operations.</li></ul><div><b>
