Full job descriptionJob Title: Production Supervisor required for Signage &amp; JoineryJob Overview: Production Supervisor required for Signage &amp; JoineryThe Production Coordinator/Supervisor for Signage Joinery is responsible for overseeing the production process in a joinery workshop, ensuring the efficient manufacturing of wooden products, furniture, or custom joinery items. This role involves managing a team, coordinating resources, scheduling production timelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality output. The supervisor will also act as a liaison between the production team, project managers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Production Planning &amp; Coordination:</li><li>Quality Control:</li><li>Material Management:</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Compliance:</li><li>Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:</li><li>Reporting</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in carpentry, joinery, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience (2 years min) joinery or woodworking production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.</li><li>Familiarity with computer software for production planning and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems)</li></ul>Working place:<ul><li>Work is performed in a workshop environment &amp; on site (Night Shift)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3500.00 - AED4000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Joinery: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
