</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Lead the team during assigned shifts, ensuring top-tier service and food quality</li>
<li>Coach, train, and motivate Crew Members to uphold Firehouse Subs standards</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (health, labor, safety, etc.)</li>
<li>Support General Manager with operational tasks, scheduling, inventory, and shift execution</li>
<li>Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at all times</li>
<li>Help manage food/labor costs and drive sales growth</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team and management</li>
Represent Firehouse Subs with professionalism and positivity<br>

</li></ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Positive, professional appearance and attitude</li>
<li>Open availability (10:30 AM &ndash; 9:00 PM); full-time hours (30&ndash;40 hrs/week)</li>
<li>Ability to be on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
