 We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and driven <b>General Manager</b> to run one of our thriving Firehouse Subs restaurants. You&rsquo;ll lead a team, own the results, and bring our brand&rsquo;s mission to life &mdash; all while delivering top-tier food, service, and hospitality.<br>
</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>Lead &amp; Manage</b> daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness<br>
</li><li><b>Build &amp; Develop</b> a high-performing team: recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff<br>
</li><li><b>Drive Results</b> by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and overall profitability<br>
</li><li><b>Maintain Compliance</b> with all health, labor, and safety regulations (local, state, and federal)<br>
</li><li><b>Promote Culture</b> by fostering a cheerful, fun, and professional work environment<br>
</li><li><b>Support Community Initiatives</b> and represent Firehouse Subs in local outreach and Public Safety Foundation programs<br>
</li><li><b>Maintain Equipment</b> and coordinate repairs to keep the store running smoothly<br>
</li><li><b>Communicate Effectively</b> with your District Manager, Director of Ops, HQ team, and Ownership<br>
</li></ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>2+ years of <b>restaurant management experience</b> (required)</li>
<li>Availability for <b>full-time</b>, including <b>weekends and holidays</b>
</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work on your feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
