 Junior Security Engineer

 This is a great opportunity for someone early in their cybersecurity career to gain hands-on experience protecting systems, monitoring threats, and strengthening our overall security posture.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents
 </li>
 <li>
 Support vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Document processes and contribute to security policies
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Foundational knowledge of networking, systems, and security principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with tools like SIEM, firewalls, or endpoint security solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Nice to have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications (Security+, Network+, or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to cloud environments or scripting (Python, PowerShell)
 </li>
 </ul>
