<div>JOB SUMMARY: To primarily assist with Display Permitting &amp; Licensing. Also, to assist in the daily functions/maintenance of the Fireworks by Grucci Studio. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
? Assist in the filing of permits for various Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as well as obtaining original signatures for permit applications when needed 
o US Coast Guard 
o Department of Environmental Conservation 
o Local Fire Departments 
o State Fire Marshalls 
o (BATFE) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. 
o Fish &amp; Wildlife 
o Department of Environmental Control 
o Various Harbor Police agencies 
o Local Police Departments 
o Fire Island National Seashore &amp; National Park Service 
o Create FAA letters and send to the FAA via email once approved by direct supervisor. 
o Call in and log FAA NOTAM reports within 48 hours prior to each performance &amp; distribute to team internally once completed 
? Maintain MS Teams Logistics Chart 
? Interact with AHJs in confirming current leaders in charge and updating POCs per display 
? Assist with maintaining various licensing 
? Updating Approved for Distribution folders 
? Assist in maintaining a current library of all standard codes and laws for state and federal regulations 
? Act as greeter for the company for visitors; have them sign in and direct them to the appropriate party 
? Answer phones and other various receptionist type tasks 
? Assist in keeping track of apparel inventory and distribution 
? USP mail, FedEx and like couriers&rsquo; pickups, drop offs and distribution 
? Place displays on Phil Grucci, Lorrie Colichio and Corey Grucci&rsquo;s Outlook calendars 
? Responsible for Alworx/Telechoice recordings for out of office messages (holidays) 
? Assist in studio supplies inventory and order placing 
? Record and post meeting minutes of various internal meetings 
? Maintain FbG&rsquo;s Organizational Chart and distribute internally to FbG &amp; PbG 


ASSIGNMENT, REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF WORK: 
? Work assignments are mainly provided by your direct supervisor. Assignments are given in the form of an email or verbal communications. Your supervisor will review all work in progress or when completed. 

RELATIONS WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS: 
? The position is primarily Display Permitting &amp; Licensing; will provide as needed support to other departments as approved by direct supervisor. 
? Assist when needed with the creation of Producer, Driver, Chief, and Captain Performance Books as well as PIBs (Performance Install Books). 

GOALS FOR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: 
? Creation of Display Site Plans 
? Securing marine security such as Seatow 
? Arranging tugs, barges and loading locations for water performances 
? Assisting in the creation of a Permitting Procedures &amp; Applications structure 
? Assisting in the creation of a &ldquo;How To&rdquo; manual to assist future Display Permitting &amp; Licensing staff members</div>
