Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with buyers to understand requirements and specifications.</li><li>Develop and source samples and trims as per client needs.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.</li><li>Monitor production timelines and manage order follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are met.</li><li>Prepare costing, T&amp;A plans, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.</li><li>Maintain all documentation related to orders, samples, and shipments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in textile merchandising.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and textile production processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and merchandising software.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
