Job Title: General ManagerLocation: Doha, QatarCompany: First Century KCEmployment Type: Full-Time, ResidentThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our operations in Doha. You will be responsible for overseeing all business functions&mdash;from financial performance and sales growth to team leadership and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead Operations: Oversee daily activities across all departments (Finance, Sales, HR, and Logistics) to ensure smooth business flow.</li><li>Drive Strategy: Develop and execute business plans to expand our market presence in Qatar.</li><li>Manage Finances: Take full ownership of the P&amp;L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.</li><li>Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, international partners, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Qatari labor laws and industry-standard Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles (GM or Director level), preferably within the trading, contracting, or BPO sectors.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Skills: Strong financial acumen, expert negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing multi-national teams.</li><li>Communication: Fluent in English; ability to present complex data to a Board of Directors.</li><li>Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Qatar business landscape and regulatory environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
