Job Summary:The Real Estate Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative design solutions for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role bridges the gap between design aesthetics and real estate functionality, ensuring that projects are visually appealing, cost-effective, and aligned with market trends and brand standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop design concepts, visual presentations, and brand materials for real estate developments.</li><li>Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, floor plans, signage, digital campaigns, and virtual tours.</li><li>Create visual strategies and property identities that enhance market positioning and customer experience.</li><li>Support the development team with space planning, conceptual layouts, and property visualization.</li><li>Research market trends, design innovations, and competitive projects to inform design direction.</li><li>Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client or investor meetings.</li><li>Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand standards and project identity.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high design quality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in real estate design, marketing design, or related creative field.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, or similar visualization tools.</li><li>Understanding of real estate development processes, marketing strategies, and target audience dynamics.</li><li>Excellent visual communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design best practices.</li><li>Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
