The Listing Agent is responsible for representing sellers, marketing properties, securing listings, and negotiating sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset..Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Prospect and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, and lead generation</li><li>Conduct listing presentations and advise sellers on pricing, staging, and market conditions</li><li>Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including MLS listings, online advertising, social media, and open houses</li><li>Coordinate professional photography, videography, and property showings</li><li>Manage all aspects of listings from contract to closing</li><li>Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of sellers</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local, state, and brokerage regulations</li><li>Provide regular updates and market feedback to clients</li><li>Collaborate with buyers&rsquo; agents, transaction coordinators, and other team members</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active real estate license in good standing</li><li>Proven experience as a real estate agent or strong sales background</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and MS Office.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Listing Coodinator

Job Description<ul><li>Capturing high resolution images/videos of properties for online listings and other marketing materials</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video ideas and storyboards.</li><li>Taking photographs/videos of interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in order to promote them for sale or rent</li><li>Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment professionally.</li><li>Shooting real estate listings to help agents advertise their properties online</li><li>Shooting interior, exterior, and detail shots of properties for marketing purposes</li><li>Edit video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.</li><li>Color correct and grade videos to maintain a consistent style and tone.</li><li>Stay updated on video trends, technologies, and storytelling techniques.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).</li><li>Presentable with Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.</li><li>Multi tasking skills (The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines)</li><li>Initiative to resolve issues.</li><li>Willing to go extra miles to provide excellent service that leads to the success in all aspects of the business and company.</li><li>Team player and self driven attitude.</li><li>Must have commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.</li><li>Additional preferable: Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects).</li><li>Arabic Language and English language</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
