This role requires deep market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing portfolio while mentoring junior consultants.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and recommend suitable properties.</li><li>Provide professional guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment potential.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from property viewings to deal closure.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.</li><li>Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and investment assessments.</li><li>Present accurate market insights to clients and internal teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and MS Office.</li><li>Valid real estate license or certification (if applicable).</li><li>Language Skills: Fluency in one of the following: Russian/English/German/Turkish is required; proficiency in any additional language is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
