Come join the Bountiful Branch Teller Team, located at 207 S Main St, in Bountiful, UT! This position is the &lsquo;frontline&rsquo; of the bank and plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction in the day-to-day processes at the branch. Prior cash handling experience and excellent customer service skills are preferred for this position, as well as the applicant being comfortable making dozens of transactions daily, and communicating with various customers.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>

Balance accurately and maintains cash limits of his/her drawer on a daily basis</li><li>
Take an active role in branch programs by greeting all customers, learning their names and meeting their banking needs by introducing new products and services (credit cards, savings bonds, etc.)</li><li>

Come join the Mountain Green Branch team! We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the Mountain Green branch (5015 W Old Hwy Rd, Mountain Green, UT).</div><div><br>
</div><div>The Assistant Branch Manager oversees branch Tellers, manages daily branch operations, creates Teller schedules, manages Teller time off requests and timecards, supports growth of Key Performance Indicators, and assumes the duties of the Branch Manager in their absence. The Assistant Branch Manager will be proficient in branch operations, audit requirements, opening various new accounts, loans, and educating customers of products to gain their banking relationship, under the direction of the Branch Manager.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><br>

Directly supervises branch operations staff, and keeps the Branch Manager informed of branch activities, progress toward established objectives and of any significant problems. Requests assistance when necessary.

</li><li>Must be able to perform a wide variety of teller transactions; including but not limited to cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, loan / credit card payments, change orders, and issuance of checks
</li><li>Conduct non-transactional requests within assigned parameters, such as customer inquiries, maintenance, Net-Teller, debit card requests, order checks, commercial credit card applications, notaries, opening / closing accounts, maintain Safe Deposit Boxes, completing consumer loan applications and follow up through funding.
</li><li>Have a solid understanding of bank products and services, and be able to accurately present bank products and services to current or potential customers
</li><li>Balance accurately and maintain cash limits of cash drawer daily
</li><li>Responsible for complying with all applicable banking laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, management directives, security, and operational procedures
</li><li>Responsible for keeping all customer, employee, and bank information private and confidential</li><li>
Responsible for being vigilant and watching for fraud that could adversely affect the bank and bank customers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

</li><li>Interviews, hires, and develops employees through consistent coaching, mentoring, cross-training, and managing direct reports through performance management, training, evaluations, promotions, and terminations when applicable. Comply with regulatory requirements, policy, and procedures through adherence and timely completion of assigned trainings and satisfactory audit results, in addition to oversight of timely training completion from all direct reports. Conducts and / or coordinates required compliance and security trainings for direct reports as required by policy.
</li><li>Ensures adequate supplies, forms, and equipment are available for direct reports, as well as instituting prudent safety measures as appropriate. Ensures proper maintenance and general housekeeping of the work areas, building, grounds, desks, and equipment is carried out.</li></ul><div><b>
