What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience.</li><li>
Teller experience preferred (6+ months).</li><li>
Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication.</li><li>
Experience recommending and referring financial products.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.</li><li>
Basic math and accounting skills.</li><li>
Ability to accurately balance a cash drawer.</li><li>
Proficiency with computers, data entry, internet applications and multi-line phone systems.</li><li>
Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.</li><li>
Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.</li><li>
Ability to remain in a stationary, standing position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.</li><li>
