Job description:About First Flight:We are a company whose mission and values focus on facilitating trade and commerce by making our customers successful for the last 39 years.Only Expectation:We are looking for young and dynamic individuals who are motivated by our growth and are willing to join the sales team to position and take the organization to the next level in the UAE and we promise you that we will make your journey with us fulfilling and rewarding.Your Role:<ul><li>Own your territory's growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed progressive goals.</li><li>Forge new partnerships: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and by building sustainable long-term relationships.</li><li>Act as a consultant to your customers and position internal resources to deliver value in terms of reducing their inventory carrying cost or automating their supply chain processes.</li><li>Be a market expert: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging sales opportunities and competitive trends, informing your sales approach.</li><li>A basic understanding of supply chain processes to help position the First Flight suite of products with customers as a one stop shop solution to customers.</li><li>Collaborate for success: Work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.</li></ul>What You'll Bring:<ul><li>Strong communication skills, can do attitude and a pleasing personality.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.</li><li>Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience specifically within the courier or logistics industry.</li><li>A sound understanding of the road freight industry in the UAE (FTL/LTL) with demonstrated success of winning opportunities and delivering continuous growth month on month.</li><li>Preferably a sound understanding of the air and sea freight industry in the UAE with demonstrated success of winning opportunities and</li><li>Proven Success: A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.</li><li>Industry Acumen: A strong, in-depth understanding of the courier industry's dynamics and competitive landscape.</li><li>Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that captivate and persuade.</li><li>Organizational Excellence: Superior organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to manage a diverse pipeline effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Courier/Logistics/Freight: 3 years (Required)</li><li>FTL and LTL: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE driving license (Required)</li></ul>
