We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at First Flight Couriers LLC. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware, networking, and basic knowledge about software and APIs, coupled with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of our IT infrastructure, including endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and printers.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect against malware, viruses, and unauthorized access.</li><li>Configure and manage firewalls to control incoming and outgoing network traffic, ensuring network security and compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>Experience with system monitoring tools and security protocols.</li><li>Monitor endpoint and firewall logs for security incidents and anomalies, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.</li><li>Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.</li><li>Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement new technology solutions.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience or relevant certifications may be considered.</li><li>Minimum of four years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with specific experience</li><li>Strong understanding of endpoint security concepts, including antivirus, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting endpoint and firewall issues, including network connectivity and access control problems.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-standard endpoint security tools and firewall management platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of endpoint security and firewall administration.</li></ul>Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
