 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 As a Medical Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in supporting providers and delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and updating medical histories
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with procedures and exams
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing clinical duties such as injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and lab testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting patient information in the EMR
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating patient flow and supporting providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Educating patients and supporting follow-up care
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional duties as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 3 years if experience as a Medical Assistant
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer and communication skills
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Medical Assistant certification
 </li>
 <li>
 EMR experience
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;2 years of clinical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
