 The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager and Director in implementing FGC&rsquo;s marketing and communication strategies. This role is hands-on and execution-focused building marketing and communication plans, events, and content initiatives across internal and external channels - while ensuring consistency with FGC&rsquo;s brand and business objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview &amp; Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Marketing &amp; Communication Plans:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of marketing and communication plans in alignment with FGC&rsquo;s strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute campaigns across digital, print, and offline platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all outputs reflect FGC&rsquo;s brand identity and messaging guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Events &amp; Activations:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution of company-hosted activations, exhibitions, and industry events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics, branding elements, content materials, and on-site requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in pre-event preparation and compile post-event performance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Content &amp; Digital Platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the corporate website with fresh content and minor revisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters and other outbound communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute content ideas, draft messaging angles, and prepare creative briefs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in organizing photoshoots, videos, and production of digital/print collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in managing FGC&rsquo;s social media channels, including content scheduling and publishing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Coordination:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain trackers, calendars, and shared documentation to ensure smooth department operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide daily executional support to the Marketing Manager and Director.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Qualities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong background in campaign execution, communications, and content management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with digital platforms, event coordination, project management.
 </li>
