Role Overview: As a Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care of Bethlehem, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of each client, while assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of those you care for. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' emotional and social well-being. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong communication skills in English. Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Experience in a caring role or certification in caregiving (preferred). Bonus If You: Have experience with dementia or memory care support. Possess CPR and First Aid certifications. Are familiar with medication management practices. Employment Type &amp; Availability: This position is Per Diem, with availability needed from Monday through Sunday. Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings.
