Position Overview:
This position is expected to develop proficiency of basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of branch leads at the direction of the Manager, consistent execution of all customer transaction requests, and identification of opportunities to convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads. Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may be required to work at various locations within the market. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services. Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Using FNB approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Position Overview:
 
This position is primarily responsible for developing new and existing commercial loan business relationships, administering a portfolio of commercial loans, determining the credit worthiness of borrowers, monitoring loan performance, preparing commercial loans for presentation and promoting the Bank&rsquo;s image in the community in order to meet or exceed commercial loan quality, profitability, growth and service objectives. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Develops new and existing commercial loan business relationships by calling on potential and existing customers to cross-sell all banking products including other banking services and to promote the Bank&rsquo;s image within limits of current budget and mix of products to develop new and expand existing commercial loan business and achieve profit and growth objectives. 
 
Administers a portfolio of commercial loans by preparing loans that meet credit quality, profitability, growth and service requirements as determined by portfolio yield, loss ratio, delinquency rate and other measures to achieve profit and growth objectives. 
 
Determines the credit worthiness of borrowers by making sound analysis of their financial condition, ability to repay the loan and the net realizable value of the collateral in accordance with established policy and procedure to ensure a portfolio of commercial loans that meet the Bank's quality standards. 
 
Monitors loan performance by maintaining contact with borrowers, monitoring the financial condition of borrowers and resolving problems and when appropriate waiving a request for financial statements according to established policies, procedures and regulations in an accurate and timely manner to reduce risk the Bank might incur from collateral deterioration or borrowers' inability to pay. 
 
Prepares loan documents that are in compliance with bank regulations for presentation, presents loans that are above the incumbent's lending limit to the loan committee or officer with higher lending limits communicating all elements of the loan to ensure compliance with regulations and to enhance the ability to make sound credit decisions. 
 
Promotes the Bank&rsquo;s image in the community by participating in community activities, coordinating community development efforts, promoting involvement and participation in community service organizations to assist in compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act, presents a favorable image in the community and establishes contacts that could generate new business. 
 
Develops and maintains an adequate level of knowledge in Commercial Banking, general banking and business development matters and demonstrates personal and interpersonal behavior, attitude, judgment, communication and initiative with customers and employees to ensure an acceptable degree of performance. 
 
Implements all compliance policies and procedures within the department and ensures the department staff receives adequate regulatory compliance training to perform job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, follows corporate Compliance policies and procedures and cooperates fully with all internal and external compliance reviews and examinations.

Position Overview:
 
This position is primarily responsible for developing new small business loan and deposit relationships, servicing existing small business relationships, maintaining a prospective customer call program, networking referral sources, conducting prospect blitzes, enhancing the visibility of the Bank in the community and working with business partners to solicit new business in conjunction with the Bank&rsquo;s strategic and financial objectives.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Develops new small business relationships and services current small business loan and deposit relationships by prospecting new customers, profiling to identify current and future needs and maintaining a professional and attentive relationship with focus primarily on small business deposits and cross selling small business loans and other affiliate products and services.
 
Contacts customers to determine loan, deposit, insurance and investment needs. Sells small business products and services that meet identified needs according to the Bank&rsquo;s pricing and fee schedule. Refers the customer to specialists as identified - cross-sells with Branch Manager, owner's personal banking and employee accounts relationship.
 
Maintains a prospective customer calling program by using referrals and other methods to identify potential customers. Makes cold calls to promote the Bank's products and services.
 
Resolves customer problems as measured by the awareness of and ability to resolve problems in order to enhance existing business relationships and contribute to the Bank&rsquo;s profit and growth objectives. Refers problems that the incumbent is not capable or empowered to resolve to the appropriate resource. Follows up to ensure that the situation is satisfactorily resolved.
 
Promotes the Bank&rsquo;s professional image through involvement within the community where potential customers may be found centering efforts around promoting products and services to meet customer needs within the boundaries of the current budget, product and service mix and time as measured by the amount of new business acquired in order to develop new business relationships.
