 A global technology scale-up is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with strong MEP expertise to support growth in the Middle East. The role will focus on data center cooling and infrastructure solutions, working with enterprise and hyperscale customers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the technical SME for MEP systems in large-scale data center projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sales teams with proposals, RFPs, and tailored solution designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on integration of advanced cooling systems within MEP frameworks
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or MEP/ data center engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of cooling, power distribution, and mechanical/ electrical systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (or related field)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with mission-critical environments (data centers, HPC, hyperscale)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 </li>
 <li>
 English essential; Arabic desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Right to work in KSA.
 </li>

 We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
 
 Country Sales Manager
 
 to lead our client's growth in Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving new business opportunities within the consumer electronics sector, with a focus on mobile accessories.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, telecom, resellers, and B2B channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and grow existing customer portfolios through strategic account planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate leads, conduct outreach, and engage clients via face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop long-term strategic plans to grow market presence and customer loyalty
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with distribution partners, marketing, finance, warehousing, and logistics teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute promotional campaigns with marketing and sales teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously seek improvements to sales operations and customer experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong focus on mobile accessories
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 1-2 years in a Country Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in business development, key account management, and channel growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel regularly within the region
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative, flexible, and proactive mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and sales reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent professional experience
 </li>
