Our vision is to be the preferred aircraft repair station and support services provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) In-Charge located in Jeddah. The In-Charge will be responsible for:<ul><li>Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the aviation Safety Management System.</li><li>Monitoring and analyzing safety performance indicators.</li><li>Conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.</li><li>Coordinating and delivering safety training programs.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with national (GACA) and international (ICAO, EASA, FAA) aviation safety regulations.</li><li>Collaborating with technical and operational departments to resolve safety-related issues and promote a strong safety culture.</li></ul><ul><li>Qualifications &amp; RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&amp;P) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2&ndash;3 years of proven work experience in:</li><li>Aircraft maintenance, OR</li><li>Occupational safety and health, particularly as an inspector or accident investigator.</li><li>Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations (ICAO SMS, GACA, ISO 45001 preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety-related tasks.</li><li>Good command of English (spoken and written).</li><li>Certification: Aviation safety, Occupational safety, and Quality Audit certifications are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;5,500.00 - &#65020;7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are currently employed? </li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Jeddah (Required)</li></ul>
