We are seeking a creative and reliable freelance videographer to produce high-quality, engaging video content for real estate marketing. This role focuses on creating short-form, attention-grabbing videos designed for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.The ideal candidate understands how to capture not just visually appealing footage, but content that helps generate leads and drive engagement.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Film residential properties with smooth, professional camera work</li><li>Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, social media clips)</li><li>Edit videos with fast pacing, captions, and engaging hooks</li><li>Collaborate on content ideas that attract potential buyers and sellers</li><li>Deliver polished videos in a timely manner</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have your own professional camera equipment (camera, lenses, stabilization, etc.)</li><li>Experience in videography and video editing</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar</li><li>Understanding of social media trends and short-form content</li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required):<ul><li>Real estate video experience</li></ul>Project Details:<ul><li>Freelance / per-project basis</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunity for ongoing work based on performance</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, FreelancePay: Up to $150.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, VA (City of Richmond)
