Must relate well to children and their families and maintain positive affect.</li><li>Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and implement ABA treatment programs specifically designed for students with identified special needs.</li><li>Provide modeling and training to Behavioral Technicians</li><li>Meet daily with Behavioral Technicians to provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision</li><li>Monitor Behavioral Technician&rsquo;s data integrity and documentation.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, program design and summary of assessment results for clients</li><li>Attend IEP meetings</li><li>Conduct weekly field observations</li><li>Completes necessary documentation including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports and exit summaries, and keeps updated with other programs, and participant-related documents and reports.</li><li>Provides and coordinates on-going competency-based staff training.
