Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in education.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs </li><li>Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and active learning </li><li>Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respectful behavior </li><li>Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly </li><li>Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and other core subjects into daily lessons </li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in early intervention and special education to support individual student needs </li><li>Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety and fostering a nurturing atmosphere for children of various ages including toddlers and preschoolers</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies </li><li>Experience with early childhood education principles such as childhood development, behavior management, and child welfare </li><li>Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized teaching methodologies is preferred </li><li>Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to enhance student learning outcomes </li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services </li><li>Strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members to support child welfare and educational success</li></ul>Pay: $10.00 - $25.14 per hourWork Location: In person
