<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">First Steps Nursing and Therapy is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in the home setting near Southcross, 78223.
</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Case Details</h2>
Patient: 6-year-old
 
Care Needs: G-tube, Trach, Vent 
Schedule: Satuday-Sunday 6:00 AM&ndash;6:00 PM<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Provide direct, hands-on care to assigned patient</li><li>
Assess patient condition and document observations</li><li>
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies</li><li>
Perform tracheostomy care and monitor patient status</li><li>
Conduct vital signs and ongoing assessments</li><li>
Communicate changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician</li><li>
Educate and support family members and caregivers</li><li>
Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR system (Kantime)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Active Texas RN or LVN license (unencumbered)</li><li>
Current CPR certification</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, transfers)</li><li>
Pediatric experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Training provided (in-office and on-site)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
