Overview About UsFirst Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 2&ndash;6 build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. We&rsquo;re looking for energetic and caring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team!What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children under 6 years in a fun, supportive environment</li><li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA</li><li>Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills</li><li>Collect and record accurate session data</li><li>Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Pay: $25&ndash;$30/hour (DOE &amp; credentials)</li><li>Training Provided: On-going training and support for the best services for our clients and families.</li><li>Supportive Environment: Small caseloads, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and ongoing supervision</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)</li><li>Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred)</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently</li><li>Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play</li><li>Must pass a background check</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, flexible start/end times between 8:00am&ndash;6:00pm</li><li>No nights or weekends</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are caring, motivated, and ready to help children succeed, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!
