Location: Jeddah | Remote / International OutreachProject Overview: We are developing an integrated healthcare medical complex (Specialized Radiology Center, Outpatient Clinics, and Medical Laboratory) with an estimated project value of SAR 20 million, based on a proven benchmark model generating strong monthly revenues.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and attract local and international equity investors.</li><li>Present the investment opportunity using Pitch Decks and Business Plans.</li><li>Conduct non-binding negotiations and investor meetings.</li><li>Coordinate with management and legal advisors until deal closing.</li></ul>Authority Scope:<ul><li>Marketing and non-binding negotiations only.</li><li>No authority to sign contracts or make legal commitments.</li></ul>Compensation Structure:<ul><li>Success-Based Fee only (2%&ndash;5% of funds successfully raised).</li><li>No fixed salary at the initial stage.</li><li>Option for salary or equity participation after first successful closing.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in capital raising, fundraising, or investment advisory.</li><li>Strong investor network and deal-closing capability.</li><li>Healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong plus.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send a brief summary of your capital-raising track record via direct message.Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
