Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)</li><li>
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising</li><li>
Social media marketing</li><li>
Content marketing</li><li>
Track and analyze campaign performance:</li><li>
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Stay up to date with industry trends:</li><li>
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.</li><li>
Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:</li><li>
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and synergy.</li><li>
Analyze and provide recommendations on the allocation and utilization of digital marketing budgets.</li><li>
Optimize spending to maximize ROI.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.</li><li>
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics tools).</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.</li><li>
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or social media platforms.</li><li>
Experience in new home construction.</li></ul>
