Reporting to Center Manager/ Center headPurpose of Job<ul><li>Teach preschoolers</li><li>Classroom management (resource and student management)</li><li>Manage teaching programs in accordance with the Lesson plans &amp; Curriculum</li></ul>KRA Towards Students<ul><li>Use different techniques and strategies to achieve student learning objectives</li><li>Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually</li><li>Development and use different tools to assess student learning outcomes</li><li>Plan, set and evaluate student development</li><li>Supervise student conduct during class, playtime and other breaks</li></ul>Towards Parents<ul><li>Keep the parents well informed about their ward's progress</li><li>Take time out to discuss an issue, or a problematic behavior</li><li>Inform the parents about after school activities; excursions, meetings</li><li>Keep the parent feedback updated</li><li>Encourage parent participation in parent-teacher meets Towards Management</li><li>Actively involve yourself in all staff meetings, educational conferences and school programs</li><li>Voluntarily participate in organizing special events, and other activities</li><li>Maintain a healthy relation with all peers and non-teaching staff members</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information at all levels</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education Qualification: Degree level qualification. Qualified Teacher Status e.g. Graduate</li><li>Certificate in any discipline and Diploma / Certificate course in ECCE/NTT/Montessori</li><li>Years of Experience: 1&ndash; 2 yrs (Or as per competence)</li><li>The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in child development and education theories and practices</li><li>Knowledge of relevant procedures to ensure that children are supervised and safe at all times</li><li>Demonstrates team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective English-Speaking skills</li><li>Be Flexible, consistent, fair and understanding</li><li>Be able to safeguard student interests</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
