 The Role
 
 
 
 This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that sits at the center of our hiring and daily operations.
 
 
 You will be on the phone a large portion of the day&mdash;answering calls, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for keeping systems accurate and organized, where attention to detail is critical.
 
 
 This is not a passive front desk role. This is an execution-heavy position where productivity, urgency, and follow-through matter.
 
 
 
 Schedule &amp; Compensation
 
 
 
 Standard schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (in-office)
 
 
 Performance-based bonus available after 90 days of employment, tied to recruiting production and interview scheduling goals.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Make a high volume of outbound calls to caregiver candidates daily
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews for the Hiring Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Target: 30 interviews scheduled per week
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up consistently with applicants to keep the pipeline moving
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor caregiver notes, clockins/outs, and internal messaging systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Print, scan, copy, and upload documents into company systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and organized records at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with LTC paperwork and administrative documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily office operations and team needs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Field Support (As Needed):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide caregiver shift coverage when absolutely necessary (last resort)
 </li>
 <li>
 What Success Looks Like
 </li>
 <li>
 Interview schedules are consistently full and on track (30+ per week)
 </li>
 <li>
 Calls are handled quickly, professionally, and confidently
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate followup is consistent&mdash;no one falls through the cracks
 </li>
 <li>
 Office systems are clean, accurate, and up to date
 </li>
 <li>
 Tasks are completed without reminders or followup

 This is an inoffice position (not remote)
 </li>

 Standard hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
 </li>
 <li>
 This is a highactivity role, not a slowpaced front desk job
 </li>

 You will be expected to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
 </li>
 <li>
 Caregiver shifts are only required in rare, lastresort situations
