The HR Shared Services Associate assists in Human Resources (HR) operational processes within the organization. They will support HR operations, ensuring alignment with day-to-day goals and regulatory requirements. This position provides oversight of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and state employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.</p></div><p></p><div><p><br>

The US HR Hub team operates within a wider global HR function, delivering specialist support for complex HR queries and escalations while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery across regions. The team is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and delivering an excellent customer experience.</p></div><p></p><div><p><br>
What you'll be doing:</p></div><div><ul><li>Oversees and transacts all employee data changes and updates. Responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, absence management, compliance, records management, and retention.</li><li>Provides support to employees and managers for transaction processing and life cycle event management in the system's self-service function. (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).</li><li>Handles employee inquiries and issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues.</li><li>Ensures data quality and follows global data standards, run ad-hoc reports to assist in this task.</li><li>Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.</li><li>Ensures delivery against established service level agreements (SLAs) and people systems delivery (PSD) metrics.</li><li>Cultivates networks across a variety of functions and locations with the organization.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
What you bring:</p></div><div><p>
