Overview Fish Window Cleaning is a nationwide franchise that is locally owned and operated. We are looking for full-time and part-time window washing technicians for our operation in Liverpool! Our business consists of cleaning commercial (3 floors or less) and residential buildings.We are looking for candidates that can work well in a fast-paced environment, maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service through attention to detail and customer interaction.There is an initial 1-2 week training period where you are paid $18 per hour. From there you are guaranteed $18 per hour with the opportunity to make up to $30+ an hour based on your improving skill level and work ethic.*If you have experience as a window cleaner please get in touch with us. We will review your experience and potentially offer you a higher income opportunity!Requirements: - Dependable vehicle - Valid drivers license - A Working cell phone - Ability to work Monday thru FridayJob Type: Full-time/Part-timeResponsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of windows on various building exteriors and interiors, ensuring streak-free results.</li><li>Use specialized equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas safely.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to promote a safe and organized workspace.</li><li>Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities, especially when working at heights or with machinery.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to work at heights using equipment such as scissor lifts or ladders safely and confidently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li><li>Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards related to working at heights and operating cleaning machinery is a plus.
