The Opportunity:</b></p><p></p><div><br>
As Senior Business Analyst, you will report to the Application Development Team Leader and be an important partner to the business. You will analyze needs of our stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, while recommending solutions and initiatives that allow the organization to achieve its strategic goals. You will serve as the liaison between the business and IT to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements to help us achieve our goals through internal changes. These changes will affect core organizational functions, including changes to policies, processes, and information systems.</div><p><b><br>
The Day-to-Day:</b></p><ul><li>
Act as Technical Product Owner for the Fisher Investments Document Generation system</li><li>
Manage the incoming request queue for document templates and consult directly with stakeholders on prioritization and delivery</li><li>
Evaluate document template requirements in close collaboration with the other ECM Business Analysts and Business Process Manager (BPM)</li><li>
Coordinate with the Onshore Vendor Lead to ensure document generation outputs meet strict quality and timing standards</li><li>
Oversee and execute scheduled system releases, deployments, and template configuration updates</li><li>
Perform electronic signature configurations (e.g., DocuSign) to properly align document workflows with corporate accounts</li><li>
Serve as the initial escalation point for operational incidents involving document or template errors, and properly route technical issues tied to API dependencies</li><li>
Identify opportunities to refine processes by recommending items for automation, re-structuring, or elimination</li><li>
Use design skills to define Technical Design Specifications for complex and high impact projects</li><li>
Create core analysis artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, flow charts, process flow diagrams, and use cases</li><li>
Provide strategic business recommendations based on critical analysis while maintaining high accuracy across multiple complex requests</li></ul><p><b>
Your Qualifications:</b></p><br>

5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst on Technology projects</li><li>
Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills</li><li>
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing complex business and technical requirements</li><li>
Strong proficiency in creating current-state (&quot;As-Is&quot;) and future-state (&quot;To-Be&quot;) workflows, user stories, and use cases</li><li>
Proven experience managing end-to-end software rollouts and technical platform integrations</li><li>
Excellent customer service and oral/written communications skills</li></ul><div><b>
Compensation:</b></div><ul><li>
$120,000 - $160,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience</li><li>

Senior Business Analyst

The Identity &amp; Access Management Engineer implements, coordinates, and onboards all aspects and phases of the Idira&rsquo;s (formerly CyberArk) Privileged Access Management (PAM) privilege cloud solution rollout, and operational tasks. As part of the broader Information Security organization, you will apply fundamental systems security understanding, skills, and experience to maintain and operate complex information systems and security tools that satisfy organizational mission and our requirements, including partner protection needs and security requirements. You will report to the Team Lead of Identity and Access Management.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
The Day-to-Day:</b></p><ul><li>
Onboard and provision users, store service accounts and password rotations, manage credentials, including those that are interactive, non-interactive, and API-based</li><li>
Implement privileged access management programs to improve our broader security posture, demonstrated by metrics</li><li>
Manage configuration, administration, and maintenance of Idira solution, including both the infrastructure and the application itself</li><li>
Oversee the relevant documentation and training required for privileged access management solutions and processes, including define and help develop policies and control standards</li><li>
Report progress and system health through metrics and KPIs that are risk-driven and operational in nature</li><li>
Address ticket queue and follow appropriate change management procedures</li><li>
Understand risk and make recommendations for enhancing systems security and processes</li><li>
Keep up on current security technologies and maintain awareness of industry trends and threats, and industry best practices, providing input focusing on IAM/PAM technologies, offer subject matter expertise where relevant</li></ul><p><b>
Your Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on experience with Idira (Idira Cloud Platform, EPM, LCD, and Idira SaaS Cloud Base)</li><li>
3+ years of experience implementing enterprise-wide privileged access management technology solution adoption across medium- to large-scale companies</li><li>
3+ years of experience as a systems engineer at a medium- to large-scale company in Financial Services</li><li>
1+ years of hands-on experience with IGA systems such as SailPoint</li><li>
Experience with password repository technologies and remote session governance, specifically with the policies that govern target system platforms</li><li>
Excellent knowledge in IAM &amp; PAM ecosystem (technology, standards, implementations, migration, and operational)</li><li>
Strong experience installing, upgrading, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting experience with Idira AAM (CCP, CP, ASCP), EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, HTML5 Gateway, PSMP, PTA (with various versions)</li><li>
Strong experience in DNA, Discovery scan and automate account onboarding process</li><li>
Knowledge in various application integration with Idira through CPM custom plugin</li><li>
Integration experience with SailPoint, Database, SCIM, AWS, GCP, Azure, or Palo alto</li><li>
Scripting knowledge, PACLI, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, AutoIt, REST API</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in information assurance, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>
Idira Certification (Defender and Sentry) is preferred</li><li>

Identity & Access Management Engineer

As an Institutional Client Service Relationship Manager at Fisher Investments Arabia, you will have the essential responsibility to ensure we are servicing our clients. This includes frequent interactions (through travel for in person meetings and also by phone) with institutional investors to provide capital markets updates, identify unique service opportunities, and work with other relationship managers, teams within the Institutional Group, and our Investment Policy Committee and research team to complete client requests.
