Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Convenience Store Stocker and Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. From stocking shelves with fresh products to keeping the store spotless, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This position offers an energetic work environment where your organizational skills and proactive attitude will shine.Duties<ul><li>Stock shelves efficiently to ensure product availability and proper placement.</li><li>Stock and backstock large walk-in cooler.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory control by organizing products for easy access.</li><li>Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including aisles, shelves, restrooms, and customer service counters to uphold hygiene standards.</li><li>Support retail sales by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and assisting with product location.</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to keep the store environment inviting and compliant with health standards</li><li>.Qualifications</li><li>Previous experience in retail, grocery store, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and store cleanliness.</li><li>Physical ability to perform moderate lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
