Overview Full job description (PT to FT potential)Delivery Driver / Warehouse SupportDriver License B or CFisher Tools is seeking a dependable, personable, and service-driven Delivery Driver to represent our company in the field. This role is more than just driving - you are the face of Fishers Tools to our customers. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent customer service.At Fisher Tools, Your Team is Our Team - and we expect our drivers to reflect that partnership with every delivery.Duties<ul><li>Safely operate company delivery vehicles, 26' straight trucks</li><li>Load and unload products (must be able to lift up to 50-100 Ibs safely)</li><li>Ensure accurate order verification before delivery</li><li>Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Build positive relationships with customers onsite</li><li>Collect signatures, and required documentation</li><li>Assist in warehouse tasks when not on deliveries</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle</li><li>Communicate clearly with Operations and Sales teams regarding deliveries</li><li>Report any vehicle maintenance issues immediately</li><li>Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Clean driving record (must provide MVR upon request)</li><li>Valid Arizona driver's license, class B or C</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50-100 Ibs safely and consistently</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and dependable</li><li>Basic math and order verification skills</li><li>Ability to use GPS/navigation tools and mobile devices</li><li>Must pass Physical DOT Medical Certification (Company Paid)</li></ul>Preferred Qualities:<ul><li>Previous delivery or warehouse experience</li><li>Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)</li><li>Knowledge of Phoenix/Mesa (east valley) area routes</li><li>Professional appearance and communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated with strong time management</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Lift, push, and pull up to 50-100 Ibs</li><li>Frequent bending, standing, and walking</li><li>Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including heat.</li></ul>Work ScheduleMonday-Friday 5am start time (Hours based on delivery schedule and operational needs)Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you supply a copy of your Motor Vehicle Record?</li><li>Are you looking for Part-time (Min 24 Hours) or Full Time (Min 40 Hours)?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Delivery driver: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Arizona Driver's License?
