A maintenance and waterproofing company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Waterproofing Applicator who also has basic tile work knowledge. This role is mainly for repair, leak fixing, and waterproofing maintenance works, with minor tile removal and refixing required during bathroom and wet-area repairs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply liquid, cementitious, and PU waterproofing systems for maintenance and repair works.</li><li>Perform bathroom, roof, balcony, and wet-area leak repairs.</li><li>Prepare surfaces including crack repair, cleaning, priming, and leveling.</li><li>Carry out basic tile removal, refixing, and grouting after waterproofing works.</li><li>Conduct water testing/ponding tests where required.</li><li>Attend maintenance calls and complete jobs neatly and efficiently.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in waterproofing and maintenance works.</li><li>Good knowledge of bathroom waterproofing and leak repairs.</li><li>Basic tile fixing and grouting experience (not full tiling scope).</li><li>Ability to work independently on site with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with PU, liquid, and cementitious waterproofing systems.</li><li>Previous experience in maintenance companies or AMC contracts.</li><li>Physically fit for site-based work.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED1,600 &ndash; 2,500/month (based on experience)</li><li>Accommodation and transportation provided</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Visa provided as per UAE labour law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in waterproofing maintenance works?</li><li>What is your current visa status</li><li>When can you join?</li><li>Expected Salary ?</li></ul>
