We are a growing maintenance, renovation, and joinery company in Dubai, looking for a hands-on Accountant &amp; Admin Executive to manage daily accounting operations along with office administration and customer coordination.This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, not just a desk-based accounting role.Key Responsibilities Accounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Maintain accounts using QuickBooks</li><li>Record double-entry bookkeeping and journal entries</li><li>Prepare monthly statements, reports, and reconciliations</li><li>Handle invoice preparation, tracking, and reconciliation</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and payable</li><li>Prepare and maintain salary sheets / payroll records</li><li>Assist with VAT documentation and VAT filing</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li></ul>Admin &amp; Office Operations<ul><li>Maintain organized records (invoices, LPOs, contracts, reports)</li><li>Support general office administration and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with operations and site teams for paperwork</li><li>Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)</li><li>Assist in day-to-day office coordination</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Handle basic client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)</li><li>Follow up on invoices and payments</li><li>Coordinate with clients for documentation and updates</li><li>Support scheduling and internal communication</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years UAE experience in accounting role</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>QuickBooks</li><li>Double-entry accounting</li><li>Journal entries</li><li>Invoice reconciliation</li><li>VAT filing basics</li><li>Good Excel and MS Office skills</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined</li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse/operational office environment</li><li>Must be currently based in UAE</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in maintenance, construction, or joinery companies</li><li>Experience handling both accounts and admin roles</li><li>Good communication skills for client coordination</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: Based on experience</li><li>Stable full-time role</li><li>Growth opportunity within expanding company</li></ul>How to ApplySend:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Current visa status</li><li>Current salary &amp; expected salary</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current visa status?</li><li>What is your current salary and expected salary?</li><li>ow many years of UAE experience do you have in accounting (QuickBooks, invoicing, VAT, reconciliation)?</li><li>Are you comfortable handling admin work and customer coordination in addition to accounting?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
