Job Title: Social Media Executive Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Location: Gulberg &ndash; Onsite Job Type: Full-timeRole SummaryThe Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company&rsquo;s social media strategy across all platforms. This role aims to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences to drive growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies.</li><li>Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, reels).</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and content team for graphics, videos, and campaigns.</li><li>Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports.</li><li>Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Support overall digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.</li><li>Experience in managing social media for Real Estate or Logistics companies is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and ad management tools.</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.</li><li>Team player with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Creative and collaborative team culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
