This is a highly visible role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and being the go-to person in a professional office setting. Salary is in the $40K - $45K range depending on experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet customers and guide them in the right direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn product lines and assist with basic customer questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Help with invoicing, scheduling appointments, and general office support
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Office Manager and other office staff with day-to-day administrative needs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
 </li>

 Willingness to learn products and processes
 </li>

 Prior office or customer-facing experience preferred
 </li>
