Job Title: Medical Biller &ndash; Mental / Behavioral HealthJob Summary: We are hiring a Medical Biller to handle billing and claims for our mental and behavioral health services. The candidate will ensure accurate coding, claims submission, and follow-up with insurance companies.Responsibilities:&middot; Submit and follow up on claims for therapy, psychiatry, and behavioral health services.&middot; Use correct CPT and ICD-10 codes for mental health services.&middot; Verify patient insurance and obtain authorizations if needed.&middot; Review provider notes to ensure accurate billing.&middot; Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing.&middot; Maintain billing records and ensure HIPAA compliance.&middot; Work with EHR/billing software to enter claims and track payments.Requirements:&middot; Previous experience in medical billing, preferably in mental/behavioral health.&middot; Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes for psychiatry and therapy services.&middot; Familiarity with insurance claims, denials, and pre-authorizations.&middot; Attention to detail and good organizational skills.&middot; Proficiency in billing software and MS Office.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

POSITION SUMMARY

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for triaging, creating, delivering and presenting detailed computer hardware and software quotations. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst is responsible for coordinating and maintaining current vendor relationships as well as proper deal registration submission and upkeep. This is achieved by collaborating with both FIT Solutions&rsquo; engineering teams, account managers, project managers and procurement vendor partners to seek out best-in-class margins and discounts for both FIT Solutions and end user customers.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
<ul>
<li>Create, revise, and deliver all sales quote requests, including but not limited to sales agreements and procurement hardware &amp; software quotations in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Create, revise, and deliver all procurement hardware &amp; software quote requests in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Complete ticket follow-ups with the Sales team daily.</li>
<li>Categorize and triage incoming procurement board tickets.</li></ul> 


SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
<ul>
<li>Complete Sales Operations tasks in a timely manner (ex. template updates).</li>
<li>Maintain and update agreement templates.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers on open quotations.</li>
<li>Update service tickets in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Intimate familiarity with FIT Solutions service offerings.</li>
<li>Speak authoritatively regarding good, better, best procurement hardware &amp; software options.</li>
<li>Handle vendor partnership management.</li>
<li>Handle deal registration submission and life cycle management.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
COMPETENCIES
<ul>
<li>Proficient in ConnectWise Manage.</li>
<li>Proficient in ConnectWise Sell.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.</li>
<li>Proven capability to handle multiple tasks as well as prioritize work.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of IT Procurement events simultaneously.</li></ul> 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>ConnectWise experience a plus.</li>
<li>Previous experience with sourcing and quoting.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.</li>
<li>Ability to follow tasks to completion.</li>
<li>Goal‐oriented, organized team player.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li></ul>
