How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily social media administration, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).</li>
<li>Manage content curation for Exec level social management</li>
<li>Support the execution of organic social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and engagement.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content, ensure brand consistency, and manage content approval processes.</li>
<li>Assist in the interaction and coordination with external agencies for social media campaigns and content creation.</li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of employee advocacy programs, encouraging internal content sharing and thought leadership.</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li>Contribute to understanding and optimizing the consumer journey through social media channels, aligning content with audience needs and business objectives.</li>
<li>Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure Fitch Ratings maintains a competitive edge.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workflows and adapt to changing deadlines while maintaining very high levels of attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>You May be a Good Fit if:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the Financial Services or a similar industry.</li>
<li>Experience in senior leadership social account management</li>
<li>B2B Social Marketing experience</li>
<li>Proven proficiency in using social media management platforms, specifically Hootsuite, Gaggle</li>
<li>Strong understanding and experience with organic social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Experience with social media reporting and analytics tools, demonstrating an ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft bespoke, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.</li></ul><br>

<li>University degree or apprenticeship, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><br>

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: </b>Expected base pay rates for the role will be $75,000- $85,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch&rsquo;s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.</p><div>
