About the Team:</b></div>

The Client and Learner Manager leads our Client and Learner Services Team in the successful delivery of sophisticated client learning programmes and solutions across the world.</div><br>

<div>
The purpose of this role is to oversee and support the delivery of learning solutions, comprising a blend of complex instructor led programs and e-learning based learning. Working with clients and learners directly to deliver excellent experience within agreed timelines whilst managing internal processes, financial and quality controls.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div><b>
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:</b></div>
<ul><li> Work closely with Client Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and requirements. Define measures of success and demonstrate how those measures have been met</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li> Work closely with product, digital learning and content teams to ensure learning platforms and content align with desired learning outcomes and excellent learner experience.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li> Creating project plans and schedules covering all elements of solution delivery and share with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively monitor risks &amp; issues escalating where necessary</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li> Manage all elements of learning solution delivery: raising work requests, logistics, learner assessments, access to learning platforms, assessments, feedback, reporting and invoicing.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li> Manage large volumes of queries from clients, learners and stakeholders</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
