  Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager based out of our Riyadh office.
 </p>

   How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Own and grow a defined portfolio of strategic B2B client accounts across the Middle East, driving renewals, cross-sell and new logo acquisition to achieve/exceed revenue targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead consultative engagements to understand client learning needs and translate them into tailored solutions, collaborating with trainer faculty and product specialists.
  </li>
  <li>
   Position Fitch Learning and the wider Fitch Group as thought leaders in financial markets and learning, delivering persuasive pitches and best-in-class proposals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and account activity using Salesforce; produce regular revenue forecasts built from your pipeline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with operations to hand over won programs for delivery while retaining commercial oversight and the senior client relationship.

 </p>

   5+ years of B2B sales and client relationship management experience, ideally within financial services education or related training solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, managing enterprise accounts, and converting complex multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven pipeline/forecast management.
  </li>
