 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 customer happiness.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).
 </li>
 <li>
 Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities,
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience. You are good with numbers.
 </li>
 <li>
 You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
 </li>
 <li>
 You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
 </li>
 <li>
 You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
 
 
 </li>
