Job description Junior Site Engineer, Fitoverse Private Limited. Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu (field-first role with regular site visits across South India) Type: Full-time About Fitoverse Fitoverse is a fast-growing sports infrastructure company based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, established in 2022. Role overview: We&rsquo;re hiring a hands-on Junior Site Engineer to run site delivery for sports courts (turf, acrylic, PP tiles, civil bases). You&rsquo;ll lead vendors and contractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects finish on time, on spec and safe. This is a field-heavy role - strong on practical civil skills and project tools. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of civil &amp; flooring projects (planning &rarr; execution &rarr; handover). Prepare, track and update project schedules, budgets and progress reports. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams; enforce quality and safety standards. Read and produce basic AutoCAD drawings / markups for site execution. Perform/verify dumpy levelling and other site survey checks; translate findings into action. Use project management tools to log tasks, risks and communications (MS Project / Primavera / Procore / Google Sheets or equivalent). Report project status to founders/ops and resolve on-site issues quickly. Drive timely procurement inputs and material inspections. Must-have skills &amp; experience Civil/project management (sports infra, playgrounds, building sites or similar preferred). Practical experience with site surveying - dumpy levelling or equivalent. Basic AutoCAD (site markups, simple layouts). Comfortable using PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or structured Google Sheets workflows). Good Hindi (verbal &amp; basic written) for coordinating with Hindi-speaking crews/vendors. Strong communication, problem-solving and vendor-management skills. Valid driver&rsquo;s licence and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;28,081.59 per monthWork Location: In person
