RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.</li><li>
Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.</li><li>
Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor</li><li>
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.</li><li>
Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation.</li><li>

What does the Support Lead do?
Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed. The Support Lead is also responsible to &ldquo;Wow the Customer&rdquo;, assist with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.

Support engagement survey execution in partnership with vendors</li><li>

Ensure a consistent and organized experience across the organization</li></ul>
Data, Reporting &amp; System Support<ul><li>
Maintain talent data within systems such as Workday</li><li>
Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries across performance, engagement, and succession</li><li>
Identify trends and surface insights to support decision-making</li><li>
Partner with the Crew Insights team to support reporting and data accuracy as needed</li></ul>
Severance-Based Offboarding Support<ul><li>
Support coordination of severance-based offboarding processes</li><li>
Ensure documentation, tracking, and process steps are accurate and compliant</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all activities</li><li>

Process Discipline &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Execute a comprehensive and strategic real estate market plan throughout entire real estate lifecycle for assigned territory with oversight of Sr. real estate manager</li><li>Collaborate closely with local broker teams &amp; Manager of Analytics/Senior Real Estate Manager to develop, refine and execute market plan</li><li>Collaborate closely with construction, design, facilities, finance and asset management to ensure successful store launch from site identification, to opening and throughout the store lifecycle</li><li>Responsible for site selection of new store locations and existing store repositioning opportunities with oversight of Sr Real Estate Manager</li><li>Effectively manage local real estate broker teams to maintain required standards for executing new store growth plans</li><li>Conduct field tours with key stakeholders of potential and existing locations</li><li>Work closely with legal counsel (and Sr. Manager) on all lease negotiations in assigned territory</li><li>Manage a pipeline of LOI and lease negotiations simultaneously to achieve aggressive growth targets throughout near term and long term market planning</li><li>Preparation of detailed LOI&rsquo;s, comprehensive site approval packages and other financial based reports and analysis including site submittal packages for presentation at monthly Real Estate Committee (REC) meeting</li><li>Present proposed site approval packages at monthly Real Estate Committee (REC) meeting in assigned territory</li><li>Frequent travel to/within assigned territory to maintain a strong understanding of retail trade areas including traffic and retail patterns, demographic trends and market shifts, as well as proactively planning for targeted future opportunities</li><li>Frequent communication with operational partners and periodic presentations/meetings to review strategy and priorities for new store &amp; potential relocations within assigned territories</li><li>Develop/maintain relationships with key developers, while effectively communicating with and managing expectations of external business partners</li><li>Attend/represent Five Below at select Regional &amp; National ICSC Conventions</li><li>Assist the real estate team with ad-hoc projects as assigned, leveraging individual strengths, skills and relevant experience.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or real estate/finance related concentration is preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in retail real estate field is required</li><li>1+ years previous experience in market planning, site selection &amp; deal negotiation</li><li>Experience managing third party service providers, including local market brokers and outside legal counsel</li><li>Superior communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand the audience and customer</li><li>Strong negotiation and transaction management skills</li><li>Strong ability to work in an ambiguous environment, identify and solve problems, and manage change</li><li>Ability to recall information easily</li><li>Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate practices and related legal principles</li><li>Must be able to travel frequently</li></ul>
