Requirements:

What we will ask of you:<ul><li>
Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Linkedin, etc.)</li><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website</li><li>
Manage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint using Google Analytics and Hubspot tools</li><li>
Calculate ROI and CPL for all digital marketing channels</li><li>
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports</li><li>
Assist with the development of marketing and content strategies across marketing channels</li><li>
Leverage Hubspot workflows for segmentation, scoring, and nurture campaigns</li><li>
Be willing to &ldquo;wear multiple hats&rdquo; &ndash; as a small marketing team, we rely on team-players who are willing to step into different projects and offer a helping hand</li></ul>
How we will measure success:<ul><li>
Marketing Qualified Leads generated by channel (MQLs)</li><li>
Cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) data for marketing-attributed leads</li><li>
Lead-to-Close conversion rates</li></ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B)</li><li>
Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads</li><li>
Proficiency and/or certification in Google GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting</li><li>
Some experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for email, lead management, and/or marketing automation</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own to-do list based on a defined set of goals.</li><li>
Strong written communication skills</li><li>
Current knowledge of digital marketing trends, evolving SEO best practices, and changing advertising landscapes</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite</li></ul>
Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and figure things out</li><li>
A passion for data analytics and reporting</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Data Analytics)</li><li>
