Assistant Export ManagerCompany: Asian Source Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited Location: Landhi Industrial Zone, Karachi Job Type: Full-Time | On-SiteJob OverviewAsian Source Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Export Manager to support and manage international export operations at our on-site facility in Landhi Industrial Zone. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders and overseas clients to ensure smooth execution of export orders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing day-to-day export operations and international shipments</li><li>Prepare and review export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents</li><li>Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and overseas clients</li><li>Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate export records and shipment data</li><li>Support senior management with export planning and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in export operations (manufacturing or trading preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms</li><li>Experience handling Letters of Credit (LCs)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines</li><li>Professional communication with international stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in an on-site industrial environment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Long-term growth opportunities</li><li>Exposure to international export markets</li><li>Stable, professional on-site work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their CV to: applicants@labayk-us.com Please mention &ldquo;Assistant Export Manager &ndash; Landhi&rdquo; in the subject line.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 05/01/2026 Expected Start Date: 10/01/2026
