 We are currently seeking a
 
 Repair Service Engineer
 
 to drive the growth of after-sales repair and overhauling services for Fives installed base by identifying opportunities, developing sales offers, and supporting business development initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, managing sales order intake, and generating sustainable repair /overhauling service revenue in line with the Company&rsquo;s regional business and operational strategy
 
 
 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Customer &amp; Business Development

 Identify and develop new and existing repair/overhauling business opportunities across the Fives installed base
 </li>

 Analyze client account history, conduct customer research, and evaluate competitor/market data to identify trends and support business growth

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, ensuring customer requirements are understood and delivered
 </li>

 Work closely with BDMs and internal departments to align repair solutions with overall business needs
 </li>

 Support the development and continuous improvement of the repair service catalogue
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies, including budgeted sales plans, to expand after-sales services and market share
 </li>
 <li>
 Proposal &amp; Sales Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and coordinate responses to client RFPs/RFQs, including preparation of technical and commercial submissions
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and deliver repair proposals with technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness
 </li>

 Support sales closure by providing technical validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and participate in after-sales contract negotiations, covering both commercial and technical aspects

 Ensure timely and clear responses to customer inquiries and maintain proactive communication with clients

 Automate and streamline proposal processes to increase efficiency and improve response times

 Technical Support (Sales-Oriented)

 Review and interpret OEM drawings, assembly layouts, and technical specifications to define repair scope and requirements

 Conduct on-site inspections at customer facilities to assess equipment condition and confirm repair feasibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform or coordinate diagnostic activities such as NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), vibration analysis, and dimensional measurements as required
 </li>

 Translate inspection findings into technical recommendations and tailored sales offers for clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all proposed repair solutions comply with Fives&rsquo; engineering standards and customer specifications
 </li>

 Provide technical input for costing, spare parts requirements, and repair methodologies to support proposals
 </li>

 Develop technical justifications and ROI cases to demonstrate the value of repair vs. replacement
 </li>

 Present technical repair solutions to customers, highlighting benefits in reliability, cost savings, and extended equipment life

 Prepare technical reports, inspection summaries, and post-service feedback to be shared with customers and internal team
 </li>

 Supervise post-sales activities by collecting customer feedback and return-of-experience (ROE) data for continuous improvement

 Support the design and execution of exhibitions, client presentations, and events to showcase repair capabilities

 Ensure compliance with internal standards and HSEQ requirements in all customer-facing activities
 </li>

 Reporting &amp; Coordination
 </li>

 Provide regular reports on repair business growth, customer activity, and project profitability

 Maintain and update the client database and all sales leads/opportunities in the CRM in line with Company policies
 </li>

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations) to ensure smooth execution of repair projects
 </li>

 Stay updated on repair technologies, installed base performance, and regional market trends to anticipate customer needs
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
 
 :
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering may be considered)
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience:

 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in after-sales, service engineering, or repair business (preferably with an OEM or in heavy industry such as aluminum, steel, cement, or oil &amp; gas)

 Proven exposure to repair/overhauling projects &mdash; scope definition, costing, and proposal preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in customer-facing roles, including sales support, negotiations, and technical presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with site inspections and diagnostic techniques (e.g., NDT, vibration analysis, dimensional inspection)
 
 
 
 </li>

 Maintenance Supervisor
 
 to oversee and supervise servicing, corrective and preventative maintenance works for SPL-ALBA in line with Company policies and procedures, customer specifications, and international and industry recognised standards
 
 
 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the development and implementation of the Maintenance Department&rsquo;s operating framework, policies, processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety in all maintenance works for SPL-ALBA and ensure legal and regulatory compliance and alignment to industry standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the execution of daily maintenance operations for SPL-ALBA to ensure that work/tasks are performed accurately and efficiently in conformance with customer specifications, established methods, instructions and quality standards, and results are reported in a timely manner as per Company policies and procedures and/or SPL-ALBA requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of current maintenance operational processes and procedures for SPL-ALBA and recommend enhancements where necessary to ensure optimal efficiency to support achievement of contractual objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and monitor the performance of subcontractors/3rd parties against established guidelines, criteria, Company policies and procedures, industry standards and SPL-ALBA specifications; prepare reports on subcontractor performance and adherence to HSEQ standards as per established Company and SPL-ALBA reporting procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, develop and create the required strategies to ensure the team is able to meet the operational/contractual maintenance requirements of SPL-ALBA
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee stock requirements for SPL-ALBA ensuring the suitability and availability of equipment, consumables, stock levels, raw materials, resources/manpower etc and ensure stock replenishment is coordinated and delivered in a timely manner to support delivery of maintenance operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for overseeing the preparation of all reporting requirements for SPL-ALBA including the review and analysis of operational data, information, quality metrics, delivery estimates, safety violations, COSWIN, equipment checklist etc as per established timelines and Company/SPL-ALBA policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for ensuring all on-site personnel comply with Fives and SPL-ALBA HSEQ/safety policies and procedures, safety program requirements and document violations as per established procedures and recommend/implement corrective actions as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct investigations and analyse complex/recurring problems related to equipment to identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions and/or perform remedial services for SPL-ALBA as per contractual terms and conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell Fives products and/or services to SPL-ALBA and ensure relevant parties (i.e. Maintenance Manager) are informed of potential business development/enhancement opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for planning and scheduling shifts and work patterns to ensure SPL-ALBA contractual obligations are fully delivered at all times whilst ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for scheduling and coordinating leave plans, rest days, considering and recording overtime requirements to ensure employee attendance and working hours are effectively managed and recorded
 </li>
 <li>
 Review employee/subcontractor time sheets for accuracy, reconcile time sheets as needed and submit time sheet reports to SPL-ALBA as per contractual specifications and reporting procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow established processes to obtain time sheet approval to facilitate Company invoicing requirements and subsequent compensation payment to employees based on time sheet records
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and maintain SPL-ALBA&rsquo;s database as per established procedures and reporting requirements and ensure all reporting inputs are complete as per the client&rsquo;s satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously monitor and identify training needs within the assigned team and report training requirements to Fives HSEQ department and SPL-ALBA to ensure all training needs are planned and delivered to ensure safe and compliant delivery of contractual requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Using knowledge of existing operations and requirements to support the development of quotations and bids for SPL-ALBA as and when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the administration requirements of the onsite team (employees and subcontractors) including but not limited to coordinating and arranging gate passes, permits, employee documentation and any other required administrative formalities to support project delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with Fives people management practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including HSEQ requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate

 </ul>
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
 
 :

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field

 Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced in working with mills, conveyors, bucket elevators, furnaces, and burners
