The Sales Fix Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Fix team and its members by managing administrative tasks, student onboarding and offboarding, customer support, and logistics for training events and programs. This role ensures smooth operations and provides excellent service to Sales Fix members.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Roles &amp; Duties:</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Team Support:</b></li><li>
Support the Sales Fix Director and Trainers with administrative tasks.</li><li>
Coordinate communication and information flow within the Sales Fix team.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Member Management:</b></li><li>
Add and remove advisors/students from the Sales Fix platform using various tools (Sales Fix website, Auth0).</li><li>
Manage student accounts, including username creation, email address updates, and password resets.</li><li>
Send welcome emails and instructions to new students.</li><li>
Manage seat offerings and adjust seat counts.</li><li>
Maintain accurate member records in relevant systems (Sales Fix website, spreadsheets).</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Customer Support:</b></li><li>
Respond to inquiries via email and phone using Zendesk.</li><li>
Assist members with login issues, subscription questions, and program information.</li><li>
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member (Director, Accounting).</li><li>
Manage cancellation requests, including applying credits and updating records.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Training and Event Assistance:</b></li><li>
Assist with the planning and execution of Sales Fix Live in-person training events.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Billing and Subscriptions:</b></li><li>
Manage subscription information in Stripe.</li><li>
Apply discounts and promotions to member accounts.</li><li>
Handle billing inquiries and forward to Accounting as needed.</li><li>
Track subscription status and cancellations in spreadsheets.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Reporting and Tracking:</b></li><li>
Prepare and distribute weekly KPI reports.</li><li>
Track and manage data related to active subscriptions, students, leads, and engagement.</li><li>
Generate reports on ALW attendance and weekly Zoom classes.</li><li>
Manage and track Test Drive trials.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Systems and Tools:</b></li><li>
Utilize various online platforms and software, including Sales Fix website, Auth0, Gmail, Zendesk, Stripe, Basecamp, Zoom, and Google Sheets/Docs.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
