e are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, subcontractors, quality control, and budgets to ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and finalize fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Develop project scopes, objectives, and work plans.</li><li>Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Manage procurement, materials, and logistics for the project site.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.</li><li>Resolve any site issues or delays proactively and professionally.</li><li>Control project costs and ensure timely delivery of invoices and documentation.</li><li>Lead and manage the performance of subcontractors and site teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Minimum [3-4] years of proven experience in fit-out project management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and finishing works.</li><li>Familiarity with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Must be willing to travel to various project sites.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
