Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the recruiting process end-to-end</li><li>Source, screen, and hire top talent across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, CSR, Dispatch, and support roles</li><li>Post and manage job openings using Greenhouse ATS</li><li>Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines</li><li>Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling</li><li>Ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process</li></ul></div>

Candidate Experience &amp; Onboarding<br>
<ul><li>Conduct phone screens and candidate follow-ups</li><li>Manage pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screenings)</li><li>Lead pre-start calls to ensure new hires feel confident and prepared</li><li>Facilitate a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience</li><li>Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials</li></ul></div><br>

What We're Looking For:<br>
<ul><li>Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once</li><li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement</li><li>Ability to work onsite and collaborate with internal teams</li></ul></div><br>

<ul><li>Agency recruiting or inside sales experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li></ul>
